Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Associate to support day-to-day operational tasks and ensure smooth execution of ongoing campaigns. This is an entry-level role where you will work closely with team leads, learn operational processes, and gain hands-on experience in managing workflows and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow execution
- Follow SOPs and project guidelines accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for task updates and progress tracking
- Maintain records, data, and reports using spreadsheets
- Report daily progress and highlight any issues or delays
- Assist in quality checks and ensure tasks meet defined standards

Required Skills And Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfortable working on a laptop and using online tools
