Operations Assistant

What You'll Do : As an Operations Assistant in the Enterprise - Support Services you will -

  • Assist in daily security operations, including access control management, visitor management systems, and incident reporting.
  • Support emergency response activities such as fire drills, evacuation drills, and medical emergencies.
  • Assist with client laptop handling and tool management, including record maintenance and coordination with internal client teams.
  • Support internal and external audits (ISO, SA 8000, etc.) by maintaining required documentation and audit evidence.
  • Prepare MIS reports related to security operations, incidents, and compliance.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), emergency contact lists, and escalation matrices are updated and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with administration, transport, and IT teams for security- and operations-related requirements.
