Position: Operations & Social Media Assistant
Salary: Starting at 15,000 per month with opportunities for growth

About the Role
We are looking for a fresher, a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Operations & Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role combines administrative work, basic IT tasks, social media management, and direct interaction with clients and customers.
The candidate will be working for our client Spiritual Tara.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administration & Daily Operations
- Draft, review, and reply to emails using proper email etiquette.
- Maintain and update client data and records (contact details, scanned documents, contracts, etc.).
- Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office.
- Assist with basic office management tasks and general coordination.
- Help schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
2. Social Media & Canva Design
- Design basic creatives and presentations using Canva (knowledge of Canva is a strong advantage).
- Create simple, relevant posts for the company's social media platforms.
- Post content, respond to basic queries, and help manage engagement under the supervision of the IT team.
- Coordinate with the IT/marketing team for campaign ideas, designs, and content requirements.
3. Client Interaction, Sales & Service
- Make sales calls and follow-up calls to prospects and existing clients.
- Attend to service calls and customer queries politely and professionally.
- Speak confidently with customers and clients in person and over the phone.
- Maintain a strong customer-focused attitude in all interactions.
4. Content & Media Support
- Listen to video podcasts and note down timestamps of important points/sections.
- Share clear, structured notes with the team for further content use (social media, blogs, clips, etc.).
5. Field & Coordination Work
- Be ready and available to travel anywhere within the city for meetings, client visits, or operational work when required.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Canva, especially for making presentations and simple social media posts, is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of professional email etiquette.
- Ability to manage data and records in an organized and confidential manner.
- Comfortable handling scanned documents, PDFs, shared drives/cloud storage.
- Basic creative sense for designing simple, business-relevant posts.
- Good communication skills (spoken and written).
