Job Title: Campaign Operations Associate

Location: Chennai (Onsite)

Experience Required: 0–2 years

Compensation: upto 50k per month

Shift timing: Rotational shifts (8-hour shift)

Engagement: 12 Months Contractual

Role Overview

The Campaign Operations Associate will play a key role in managing the seamless execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, operational rigor, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with business objectives.

Job Description

Operations & Delivery

  • Execute campaigns for streaming app in line with SOPs and workflows.
  • Deliver campaigns on time, meeting productivity, SLA, and quality standards.
  • Update workflow tools and trackers daily to ensure transparent progress tracking.
  • Proactively alert managers/SMEs to potential risks, delays, or quality concerns.

Quality & Process Excellence

  • Resolve customer-facing trouble tickets with 100% SLA adherence and quality compliance.
  • Ensure all tasks follow SOP guidelines and escalate SOP errors to SMEs for correction.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing automation ideas and Kaizens (minimum 1 Kaizen or 4 JDIs per year).
  • Engage in deep dives and provide root cause analysis inputs for process improvements.

Adaptability & Collaboration

  • Stay updated with new tools, features, and process changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet brand and business objectives.
  • Be flexible to work rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills

  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to follow processes, meet SLAs, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail with experience in error detection and quality assurance.
  • Process Mindset: Ability to spot process gaps and suggest improvements or automation ideas.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with workflow/marketing tools, trackers, and campaign-building platforms.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical approach to resolving issues and contributing to root cause analysis.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts as required.
