Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for the Voice Process role who can effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent service support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach
Ensure high-quality customer experience

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Mandatory)
Additional language: Hindi / Kannada / Telugu (Any one preferred)
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on performance)

Work Timings:

Male: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Any 9 hours shift)
Female: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9 hours shift)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Sunday Fixed Off
