About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Specialist to manage real-time delivery and city operations across multiple U.S. markets. This is a remote role (based in India) supporting U.S. business hours.

You'll oversee daily dispatch, monitor live deliveries, resolve issues quickly, and help improve operational processes as we scale. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch and live delivery operations
• Assign and adjust delivery routes to ensure on-time performance
• Monitor deliveries in real time and resolve issues quickly
• Collaborate with Driver, Restaurant, and Account Management teams
• Review delivery quality and compliance
• Track KPIs and prepare daily performance reports
• Identify process improvements as operations scale

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in operations, logistics, or dispatch
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Confident using spreadsheets and web-based tools
• Strong communication skills
• Available to work U.S. business hours
