About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Specialist to manage real-time delivery and dispatch operations across multiple U.S. cities. This is a fully remote role based in India, working U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch and live delivery execution
• Audit orders and assign delivery routes
• Monitor deliveries in real time and resolve issues quickly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service quality
• Track KPIs and suggest process improvements

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in operations, logistics, or dispatch
• Strong organization and decision-making skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Proficient with spreadsheets and online tools
• Available to work U.S. hours
