Key areas would be:
- Hard core operations person who has run day to day ops and has experience coordinating between teams, solving daily bottlenecks, managing dispatch or fulfilment workflows, and handling escalations.
- SOP building and making sure people follow them
- Good at excel - Build basic dashboards, Track daily ops KPIs, Convert insights actions
- Bonus: Experience improving TAT, SLA, error %, or delivery rates through data.
- Does RCA's, can build error-prevention mechanisms, does audits, Improves error rates
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Inside Sales, Packaging, Pharmacy, Accounts

Technical & Operational Skills
- Workflow management

- Inventory or pharmacy ops familiarity
