Lead the operations charter for Co-Brand Credit Cards for Flipkart, Myntra and Cleartrip

About the Team

The team manages the Co Brand Cards charter (credit and debit) for Flipkart, Myntra and Cleartrip. The

work spans across driving the customer value proposition, and involves working with the issuing

banks and networks.

You are responsible for:

Leading all operations for Co Brand Credit Cards on Flipkart, Myntra and Cleartrip:

● Managing the Tele Sales channel for both inbound and outbound calling

● Tracking the acquisition funnel efficiency and publishing insights

● Managing customer service channel queries and escalations

● Managing the CRM fulfillment channels

To succeed in this role, you should have the following:

● Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing operations for any product

● High operational due diligence

● Strong stakeholder management to interact with internal and external stakeholders

● Should be comfortable in using Excel for analytics

● Prior work on driving any tele sale channel will be preferable
