JD:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
To conduct the preliminary interviews and screen candidates for skill alignment and job fit.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
Ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates in collaboration with HR and clients.
Maintain and update a database of candidates and track their progress in the recruitment pipeline.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are required.
