Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Procurement - Supplier Innovation, you will:

Act as the strategic interface between internal development teams and external supplier capabilities.
Identify and drive innovation-driven collaborations aligned with sourcing and product strategies.
Manage supplier innovation pipelines, focusing on raw material and technology advancements.
Establish collaboration models and oversee contract frameworks for joint development initiatives.
Engage high-level stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and supplier leadership.
Monitor supplier innovation performance and contribute to long-term strategic partnerships.
Scan market and technology trends to translate emerging innovations into business opportunities.
Support and drive transformation initiatives within Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).

The Successful Applicant

Holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline.
Brings strong understanding of the chemical value chain from raw materials to applications.
Demonstrates experience in supplier negotiations, joint development agreements, and commercial contracting.
Skilled at translating technical trends into innovation and sourcing opportunities.
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
