Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Procurement - Supplier Innovation, you will:
- Act as the strategic interface between internal development teams and external supplier capabilities.
- Identify and drive innovation-driven collaborations aligned with sourcing and product strategies.
- Manage supplier innovation pipelines, focusing on raw material and technology advancements.
- Establish collaboration models and oversee contract frameworks for joint development initiatives.
- Engage high-level stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and supplier leadership.
- Monitor supplier innovation performance and contribute to long-term strategic partnerships.
- Scan market and technology trends to translate emerging innovations into business opportunities.
- Support and drive transformation initiatives within Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
The Successful Applicant
- Holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline.
- Brings strong understanding of the chemical value chain from raw materials to applications.
- Demonstrates experience in supplier negotiations, joint development agreements, and commercial contracting.
- Skilled at translating technical trends into innovation and sourcing opportunities.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
