What You'll Do:
- Design and implement process improvement plan in order to increase patient inflow
- Resolve inter-departmental clinical operational issues for smooth functioning
- Identify gaps in process, streamline and ensure closure
- Streamline quality improvement processes
- Consultation room utilization and analysis
- Drive internal and external audit processes in hospital, ensure closure of NC's identified and implementing corrective actions
- Operational budget compliance, provide support data for clinical capital acquisition requests, manage capital needs
- Approve indents for operational requirements as per department protocol
- Approve communication of hospital information as appropriate through hospital network structure
- Customer feedback analysis and corrective / continuous improvement measure implementation
- Plan and implement cost control measures and Implementation of measures to Improve the Revenue P&L, profitability, employee productivity
What We Are Looking For:
- Any Graduate + MHA
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the role of Hospital Operations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
