Transport Operations Management
• Ensure end-to-end transport coverage for employees and client operations
• Manage vehicle scheduling, dispatch timing, and route adherence
• Maintain trip logs including start time, mileage, and occupancy records
• Ensure only authorized employees are picked up as per roster
Helpdesk & Issue Management
• Operate 24/7 transport helpdesk for call logging and query resolution
• Monitor and report incidents such as delays, speeding, or route deviations
• Coordinate with transport team via communication systems (radio/email)
• Maintain issue tracking and resolution records
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with transport vendors and supervisors for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with service requirements and contractual obligations
• Coordinate approvals for ad-hoc transport requests
• Maintain key transport contact database
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport performance reports
• Maintain logbooks, trip records, and operational documentation
• Assign work order IDs for transport requests
• Ensure data accuracy in transport tracking systems
Process & Compliance Management
• Ensure adherence to transport SOPs and safety standards
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvement programs
• Maintain compliance with organizational transport policies
• Support audit readiness and documentation accuracy
