Roles & Responsibility

Keep Inventory, Rate cards, Clients information and Contracts permanently updated

An extract of the Planning shall be done once a week on an Excel sheet

Check and coordinate with sales if all contracts are updated. Immediately report any discrepancy to Business head and Planning & Yield manager.

Check and coordinate with Operation manager if AMS Planning perfectly matches with the advertisements actually displayed. Immediately report any discrepancy to Business head and Planning & Yield manager.

Assist sales team on any issues on AMS

Follow up with software team for new designs, Reports and updates

Weekly reports to Business Head and Planning & Yield manager on meeting/ proposal etc

Coordinate with ops team on removal of campaign upon expiry

Preparing installation report for Ops Team

Maintaining Inventory report in coordination with ops team

keeping sales team update on inventory removal/ relocation, change in site code etc and other misc activities at Airport

Follow up on renewal ROs, Hint sales team on Renewal Dues

Maintaining records for all printing job executed at BIAL and also check if corresponding client Ros are obtained

Reporting Management on Profits statement on Printing

Follow up for invoices to be received from suppliers

Weekly update to Sales/ Marketing and ops team on signed contracts /RO

Prepare occupancy report on weekly basis

Update sales team on vacant/ available sites and value add sites on weekly basis

Prepare and maintain data on site wise, zone wise revenue

Assisting Business Head from time on filing and reporting

Obtaining price approval for all campaign on format mentioned and maintain and circulate to Finance Head

Validate all vendor bill with agreement rates

Provide the needed support and coordinate with Sales and Ops teams for Digital campaigns
