Working Model: Onsite

Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Working Hours: Flexible / Timings to be assigned based on operational requirements

Budget: 30 to 40k (depending on experience)

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Site Manager to oversee daily club operations, manage the team, and ensure a premium experience for members and guests. This role combines operational management, team leadership, and event coordination to maintain high service standards while fostering a vibrant club environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Operations

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth court management and service quality.
• Coordinate with vendors across caf, wellness, and maintenance.

2) Team Management

• Supervise ball boys, reception, and housekeeping staff to maintain high service standards.
• Manage bookings, POS systems, and client interactions for seamless service.

3) Events & Reporting

• Support tournaments, events, and community mixers.
• Report daily operations and updates to the COO.

Key requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in gyms, boutique hotels, or sports clubs.
• Proficient in booking and POS systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
