Venue Manager - NOT A REMOTE JOB Profile:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable (apps + bookings).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Duties:
- Oversee daily site operations (smooth running of the courts, ensuring clients satisfaction , monitoring F&B services etc.)
- Reporting to COO.
- Supervise ball boys, reception staff, and cleaning crew.
- Manage booking systems, POS, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with vendors (caf, wellness, maintenance).
- Support tournaments, events, and community mixers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in gyms, boutique hotels, or sports clubs.
- Tech-comfortable with booking/POS systems.
- Problem-solver with excellent people management skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi. - MUST
Working Days & Hours :
- Full-time : 10 AM - 7 PM (Tues - Sunday)
- One weekly leave
- Weekend work is mandatory

Working hours : 11AM - 7PM (8 hours)
Working days : Monday - Sunday(Shift on weekends is expected)
Weekly Leave : Mutually decided weekday leave (1 leave every week, most likely to be Tuesday)
