As the Global Online Product & Revenue Leader, you will own the full Online P&L across India and Lenskart's international markets, and you will build the AI-powered commercial machine that drives it. You will move us from campaign-driven growth to a real-time, intelligence-led revenue system — where every rupee of media spend, every digital touchpoint, and every customer interaction is optimised by data and AI.
Your mandate: make Lenskart the most commercially effective and customer-obsessed digital eyewear brand on the planet.

The Essentials
Commercial Ownership at Scale: You have held full P&L accountability for a large-scale digital business — and you have delivered aggressive, sustainable revenue growth while managing cost discipline.
AI & Data Fluency: You don't just commission data analyses — you understand how AI and ML can be applied to performance marketing, personalisation, forecasting, and customer experience. You've either built or led teams that have deployed these capabilities in production.
Performance Marketing Depth: You have managed large, complex media budgets across search and social, and you have led the shift from manual to algorithmic and AI-assisted campaign management.
Multi-channel Architecture: You have scaled revenue across owned digital channels (web, app), third-party marketplaces, and rapid-delivery platforms — simultaneously, not sequentially.
Customer Experience Instinct: You obsess over the digital journey. You can identify friction at a granular level and move fast to eliminate it — using data, design, and product thinking together.
Cross-functional Influence: You have a track record of aligning supply chain, creative, and engineering teams behind a single commercial vision — across geographies and cultures.
