Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Support Absorb learning management system (LMS) software.
  • Provide technical support to instructors, administrators, and learners.
  • Manage access controls, user roles, and permissions.
  • Create and maintain courses, learning paths, and content libraries.
  • Ensure compliance training modules are updated with changes in regulations and policies.
  • Track and report employee compliance training participation and completion.
  • Notify managers and employees about overdue or upcoming compliance courses.
  • Monitor LMS performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance.
  • Generate reports and analytics on learner progress and course completion.
  • Liaise with third parties and stakeholders to support system integrations.
  • Ensure seamless integration between LMS and other systems like HR and CMS.
  • Configure and customize the platform: user management, content, notifications.
  • Set up custom dashboards for stakeholders to track training and compliance.
  • Analyze platform data to improve utilization and performance.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with a proactive approach.
  • Research technologies and trends to recommend innovative learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend system upgrades and technology enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
  • Work with platform support on service requests and enhancements.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of technology or industry experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working with learning tools (LMS).
  • Knowledge of intelligent communication platforms for workforce engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and IT systems knowledge.
  • Understanding of data security, privacy (e.g., GDPR), and compliance standards.
  • Strong collaboration skills with SMEs and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills in gathering and defending system requirements.
  • Ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Absorb LMS.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with testing practices.
  • Knowledge of automation concepts.
