Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Community Manager for E-Sports, based in Noida.
- Build, manage & grow gaming communities across:
-Discord
-WhatsApp Groups & Communities
-Instagram
-Other emerging gaming ecosystems
- Identify and onboard gamers & gaming groups to expand our community footprint.
- Keep the community active and engaging by interacting with members, replying to chats, creating conversations, and ensuring consistently high engagement.
- Plan & execute online gaming activities such as challenges, tournaments, giveaways, and fun engagement formats.
- Build and maintain relationships with gaming influencers and collaborate with them for community activities and Digit events.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Communication and Community Management, with the ability to engage and foster meaningful relationships within online communities.
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing, including creating and managing content to drive community growth and engagement.
- Strong Project Management capabilities to organize, prioritize, and oversee initiatives from start to finish.
- Proficiency in Writing, with the ability to craft engaging content and articulate ideas clearly.
- Passion for E-Sports and familiarity with the gaming community is highly desirable.
- Experience with analytics tools to monitor and optimize community engagement metrics is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
