Online Coding Teacher

Codeyoung offers coding courses designed for children aged 5 to 17, with a focus on fostering creativity and technical skills. Unlike traditional coding classes, our curriculum emphasizes a hands-on, interactive, and student-centric approach. Each session is tailored to meet distinct learning goals, ensuring that students engage actively and develop problem-solving capabilities. Our mission is to inspire young minds to learn coding through fun, innovative, and personalized teaching methods.

This is a part-time remote role for an Online Coding Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering interactive coding lessons tailored to various age groups. Responsibilities include creating lesson materials, guiding students in learning coding concepts, and adapting teaching methods to individual needs. Additionally, the teacher will provide mentorship and ensure a supportive learning environment for every student.

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and ability to create student-centered learning experiences
• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in delivering interactive lessons
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage students of varying ages
• Experience in Training and mentoring students in technology-related subjects
• Passion for working with children and fostering a love for coding and technology
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teaching tools effectively
• Formal teaching certification, a degree in Computer Science, or prior experience in coding or education is a plus
