English Teacher

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Teacher located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive English lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. The teacher will encourage language aptitude and ensure that the curriculum is taught effectively, catering to the diverse needs of students. Collaboration with fellow educators to advance learning objectives and prepare students for future academic and personal growth will also be a key part of this role.

• Proficiency in English Teaching and comprehensive knowledge of English language and literature
• Experience in Lesson Planning and the ability to design engaging and effective learning materials
• Strong Teaching and Education skills with a focus on diverse and inclusive learning methods
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Ability to foster a collaborative and stimulating classroom environment
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Teaching certifications (e.g., B.Ed., TEFL, TESOL) will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in teaching English at the middle or high school levels is highly desirable
