CBNITS is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Online Bidder to join our growing team. If you have a passion for client communication, business development, and winning projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

Draft customized proposals to attract potential clients

Communicate with clients to understand requirements

Negotiate pricing and close deals

Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

Coordinate with the technical team for project execution

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Online Bidder

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.)

Ability to understand client requirements quickly

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Work Details:

Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week)

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Location: Kolkata,Sector V
