OKTA Testing Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end web application systems and understand testing requirements
• Participate in requirement gathering and design discussions with stakeholders
• Design, develop, and maintain test cases for functional, integration, system, and regression testing
• Perform testing of OKTA functionalities and related authentication/authorization flows
• Execute test cases and report defects with proper documentation
• Develop and maintain test planning, execution, and defect tracking documentation
• Provide inputs to Test Lead for preparation of test strategy and test plan
• Automate web application testing using Selenium and Cucumber framework
• Implement QA metrics and ensure accurate reporting to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication of test progress
• Take ownership of assigned testing tracks and deliverables
• Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and ensure issue resolution
