Oracle ERP Testing Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing for Oracle ERP R12 modules including Purchasing, Inventory, WIP, BOM, and QAL.
• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to design test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate application functionality against requirements.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using testing tools like Quality Center.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and support resolution with development teams.
• Provide clear defect reports, test execution results, and status updates to QA leads and stakeholders.
• Prepare testing metrics and ensure proper reporting of test coverage and quality indicators.
• Communicate effectively with onsite/offshore teams and business users to ensure alignment.
• Support Oracle ADF application testing where applicable.
• Contribute to automation efforts using UFT with VB Script where required.
