Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of business banking relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experience and driving business growth
- Proactively identify and address customer needs, providing tailored financial solutions and advisory services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated banking services and products
- Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and customer data to develop strategic business plans and growth initiatives
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and referral sources to generate new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and internal controls
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of the business banking landscape, products, and services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different functions
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
