Job Description

Business Function

The MIS Support Resource for Treasures and NRI Segments will be responsible for providing critical data-driven insights, analytical support, and operational assistance to drive business growth and optimize performance within these key segments. This role involves extensive data analysis, reporting, frontline support, and coordination to achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Insights & Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of Treasures and NRI segment data, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies
    • Generate actionable insights from data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and business planning
    • Provide regular and ad-hoc data inputs and recommendations to the central product and strategy teams
  • Frontline Support & Information Dissemination:
    • Act as a primary point of contact for the frontline sales and relationship management teams regarding data and MIS
    • Regularly share relevant information and performance metrics with the frontline, including updates on acquisition numbers, qualification rates, lead status, conversion ratios, and other critical business indicators
    • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of performance reports and dashboards to aid frontline decision-making
  • Funnel Management - Treasures Acquisition:
    • Take ownership of the Treasures acquisition funnel, from lead generation to client onboarding
    • Monitor conversion rates at each stage of the funnel, identify bottlenecks, and recommend strategies for improvement
    • Track and report on the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns and initiatives
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform general administrative duties as required to support the efficient functioning of the team and department
    • Maintain organized records and documentation related to MIS activities and reports
Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance
  • Experience: Proven experience in excel and an MIS, Data Analyst role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, with exposure to retail banking, wealth management, or NRI segments
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
    • Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with frontline staff and internal teams
