Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Conduct food safety audits at AWL warehouses at least once a month or as required, and at AWL distributors when needed, following ISO 22000, FSSAI Schedule 4, and other relevant standards.
Develop, update, and maintain documentation such as SOPs, manuals, policies, and procedures related to food safety.
Provide training on food safety protocols to AWL depot staff and the sales team.
Monitor and verify activities to ensure proper handling of AWL food products in line with food safety standards.
Authorize and issue clearance or rejection certificates for warehouse selection as per FSSAI Schedule 4 norms.
Conduct transporter audits based on FSSAI food vehicle selection standards.
Serve as the lead contact for product recall communication and regulatory inspections.
Assign microbial specification guidelines for all AWL food products.
