We are seeking a dedicated Accounts and Finance professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Assist with audits and tax filings as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, GST AND Invoice files ).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
