Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records, files, and documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents using computer applications
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow and task execution
- Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and follow-ups
- Monitor and manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Support HR and management in routine administrative and coordination tasks
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with office procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Required Skills
- Strong computer knowledge is mandatory (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email handling, Internet usage, basic office software)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and team coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office executive role
- Familiarity with office management systems and basic MIS reporting
- Experience in handling official documentation and coordination
