Franchise Growth Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Franchise Growth Associate responsible for handling

outbound calls to potential franchise leads, introducing business opportunities, and

supporting the initial conversion process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads and conduct timely follow-ups

• Explain franchise offerings and address basic queries

• Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and preferred location

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status

• Coordinate with the sales team for further discussions and closures

• Meet daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

• Comfortable with outbound calling and client interaction

• Basic tech-savviness (CRM tools, Excel, calling systems, etc.)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
