Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator will undertake day-to-day administrative tasks, handle office communication, provide superior customer service, and maintain efficient office operations. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, operating office equipment, coordinating with team members, and ensuring a well-organized workplace. The role is key to supporting both client-facing and internal team interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, filing, and office management
- Excellent grasp of Phone Etiquette and the ability to professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Experience working with Office Equipment and technology to manage day-to-day operations effectively
- Strong skills in Customer Service and effective client interaction
- Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively with a team
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in office management, business administration, or related fields is preferred
- Prior experience in the interior design or consultancy industry is an advantage
