Job Description

We are looking for a sincere and responsible Office Assistant to handle day-to-day office and back-office work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage routine back-office and administrative tasks
  • Draft emails, letters, and basic documents in English
  • Coordinate with banks, government offices, and other external parties
  • Maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Support general office administration work

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written English for email and letter drafting
  • Some experience in handling bank work / government office work / company matters
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Should be organized, reliable, and willing to learn

Salary:

  • ₹15,000 per month

Location: Ludhiana

  • Experience: 2–3 years preferred
