We are looking for a sincere and responsible Office Assistant to handle day-to-day office and back-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage routine back-office and administrative tasks
- Draft emails, letters, and basic documents in English
- Coordinate with banks, government offices, and other external parties
- Maintain files, records, and documentation
- Support general office administration work
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written English for email and letter drafting
- Some experience in handling bank work / government office work / company matters
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Should be organized, reliable, and willing to learn
