Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Manage incoming calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally.
  2. Perform data entry, maintain records, and organize documents.
  3. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining office supplies.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry tools.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Ability to manage administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
