Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to handle inbound sales inquiries for our IT / SaaS solutions. The role involves converting qualified leads into customers through effective communication, product understanding, and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads generated through website, ads, campaigns, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable SaaS / IT solutions
- Conduct product demos and presentations
- Follow up with prospects to close deals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical/implementation teams for smooth on boarding
- Lead handling Odoo ERP prospects is a plus
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Analytical and time-management skills
- Ability to create professional sales proposals
- Upselling and cross selling skills
- A flexible work schedule
- Hubspot CRM is a plus
- Technical knowledge on how software works is a plus
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
