About Role

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Occupational Therapist to support children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges.

You will deliver play-based and sensory-integrated therapy, design structured intervention plans, and collaborate closely with parents and a multidisciplinary therapy team to drive meaningful, measurable outcomes.

This role is ideal for therapists who enjoy pediatric practice, value structured workflows, and thrive in an inclusive, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 and small-group occupational therapy sessions using play-based and sensory integration approaches
  • Assess fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional skills
  • Design individualized, goal-oriented intervention plans based on assessments
  • Support children with sensory regulation, attention, motor planning, handwriting, and daily-living skills
  • Guide parents with home programs, sensory strategies, and carryover activities
  • Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Behavior Therapists, Special Educators, and Nutritionists for integrated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation using digital trackers, progress notes, and parent-friendly reports
  • Participate in weekly peer reviews, supervision sessions, and growth discussions
  • Contribute to a safe, engaging, and inclusive therapy environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT / MOT)
  • Pediatric experience preferred (12 years welcome)
  • Exposure to: Sensory Integration Therapy, ADL coaching, Play-based and functional therapy models
  • Strong communication skills with children and parents
  • Comfortable working within structured workflows and digital record-keeping systems
  • RCI registration preferred (or willingness to obtain, if applicable)
