About Role
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Occupational Therapist to support children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges.
You will deliver play-based and sensory-integrated therapy, design structured intervention plans, and collaborate closely with parents and a multidisciplinary therapy team to drive meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group occupational therapy sessions using play-based and sensory integration approaches
- Assess fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional skills
- Design individualized, goal-oriented intervention plans based on assessments
- Support children with sensory regulation, attention, motor planning, handwriting, and daily-living skills
- Guide parents with home programs, sensory strategies, and carryover activities
- Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Behavior Therapists, Special Educators, and Nutritionists for integrated care
- Maintain accurate documentation using digital trackers, progress notes, and parent-friendly reports
- Participate in weekly peer reviews, supervision sessions, and growth discussions
- Contribute to a safe, engaging, and inclusive therapy environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT / MOT)
- Pediatric experience preferred (12 years welcome)
- Exposure to: Sensory Integration Therapy, ADL coaching, Play-based and functional therapy models
- Strong communication skills with children and parents
- Comfortable working within structured workflows and digital record-keeping systems
- RCI registration preferred (or willingness to obtain, if applicable)
