Job Description

  • Provide individual and group occupational therapy sessions for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Conduct screenings and standardized evaluations, including sensory profiles and functional assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and home programs with measurable goals.
  • Collaborate with ABA, speech therapy, and educational teams to ensure consistent, integrated support.
  • Guide and train teachers in identifying and addressing developmental and learning challenges.
  • Support parents through conferences, education, and hands-on strategies to encourage skill carryover at home.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, progress reports, and service logs in line with school policy.
  • Communicate regularly with the Director to review clinical outcomes and recommend program improvements.
  • Uphold ACA values, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism and teamwork.
  • Manage therapy materials, maintain inventories and utilize assessment tools efficiently.
  • Represent the center positively and engage with families and the community to promote awareness and inclusion.
