Job Description

Provide individual and group occupational therapy sessions for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Conduct screenings and standardized evaluations, including sensory profiles and functional assessments.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and home programs with measurable goals.
Collaborate with ABA, speech therapy, and educational teams to ensure consistent, integrated support.
Guide and train teachers in identifying and addressing developmental and learning challenges.
Support parents through conferences, education, and hands-on strategies to encourage skill carryover at home.
Maintain detailed documentation, progress reports, and service logs in line with school policy.
Communicate regularly with the Director to review clinical outcomes and recommend program improvements.
Uphold ACA values, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism and teamwork.
Manage therapy materials, maintain inventories and utilize assessment tools efficiently.
Represent the center positively and engage with families and the community to promote awareness and inclusion.
