Role Description

The Occupational Therapist at Pro Physio will play a key role in delivering personalized care through therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation plans. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, designing treatment plans, and providing therapy to enhance daily life skills, mobility, and social participation. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure consistent communication with clients and their families. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and a strong understanding of rehabilitation methodologies
• Knowledge of medicine and experience in providing therapy within diverse medical contexts
• Experience working with pediatric clients and tailoring therapy for children's developmental needs
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively work with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Valid licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a client-centered approach to care
