Job Description

Performance Monitoring: Using SCADA systems to monitor energy production, equipment health, and site conditions in real-time.
Preventative Maintenance (PM): Managing scheduled maintenance activities such as cleaning, inspections, and lubrication to avoid downtime.
Corrective Maintenance (CM): Promptly addressing and repairing equipment failures and managing spare parts.
Vendor Management: Overseeing subcontractors for electrical maintenance, vegetation management, or security, ensuring compliance with contract KPIs.
Reporting & Compliance: Providing detailed reports on asset performance, budget adherence, NERC compliance, and health & safety standards.
Financial Management: Ensuring operational costs fit within the budget and optimizing revenue by minimizing equipment downtime.
