Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive for car loans across Tamil Nadu state. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting and selling banking products and services, achieving sales targets, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. The Sales Executive will also regularly meet with branch teams to coordinate sales initiatives and proactively address customer queries or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and communication
  • Experience in financial product sales, business development, and achieving sales targets
  • Sound knowledge of banking products like loans, accounts, and credit facilities
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or sales is a strong plus
