With the purpose of making healthcare accessible to everyone, regardless of location, we are currently executing a program on behalf of a leading Pharma client to provide diabetes education and support to patients. To strengthen this initiative, we are looking for skilled and compassionate Dietician (Digital Educator) to join our Patient Support Center (Work from Office) team.

Job Overview:

The Dietician (Digital Educator) will play a key role in tele-consultation, remotely educating and supporting patients with diabetes, helping them effectively manage their condition. They will interact with patients through phone and video consultations, offering education, counselling, query resolution, program enrolment, and ongoing support. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate and counsel patients with diabetes through phone and video consultations.

Conduct remote demonstrations of diabetes pen usage.

Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Enrol patients into the program and update details in the CRM system.

Maintain and update patient databases to ensure timely follow-ups.

Provide education on lifestyle modification, diabetes management, and medication adherence.

Adhere strictly to SOPs and communication scripts for standardized interactions.

Conduct follow-ups with patients to track therapy initiation and resolve challenges.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Ensure compliance with Pharmacovigilance and reporting guidelines for patient safety.

Share MIS reports and feedback with the Reporting Manager.

Requirements:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nutrition, Dietetics, or equivalent qualification.

Certification in Diabetes Education (preferred).

14 years of relevant experience in Pharma, allied healthcare services, or diet counselling.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills.

Passion for supporting patients in managing their diabetes.

Working Conditions:

Work from Office: Goregaon, Mumbai.

Mode of Patient Interaction: Phone and video (tele-consultation).
