Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop personalized diet plans and nutritional programs tailored to individual client needs and fitness goals.
Conduct regular fitness and health assessments to evaluate client progress and adjust plans accordingly.
Monitor clients adherence to their programs and provide feedback and motivation to ensure continued progress.
Counsel clients on healthy eating habits, lifestyle changes, and nutritional strategies to achieve specific fitness or wellness objectives.
Educate clients on the benefits of nutrition, portion control, and balanced diets in alignment with their goals.
Maintain accurate records of client assessments, plans, and progress reports.
Collaborate with fitness trainers and other wellness professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client health.
