Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day nursing operations to ensure high standards of patient care
  • Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to enhance clinical performance and professional development
  • Coordinate effectively with doctors, allied healthcare professionals, and administrative teams
  • Plan and allocate nursing duties and resources efficiently
  • Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and quality standards
  • Monitor patient care services and address patient concerns promptly and effectively
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in nursing practices and patient care delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent; PNRC required
  • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with prior supervisory or leadership exposure preferred
  • Strong knowledge of clinical practices, patient care standards, and critical care protocols
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
