Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day nursing operations to ensure high standards of patient care
- Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to enhance clinical performance and professional development
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, allied healthcare professionals, and administrative teams
- Plan and allocate nursing duties and resources efficiently
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and quality standards
- Monitor patient care services and address patient concerns promptly and effectively
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in nursing practices and patient care delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent; PNRC required
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with prior supervisory or leadership exposure preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices, patient care standards, and critical care protocols
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
