Nursing Superintendent
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all nursing services and staff within the hospital/institution.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards.
- Supervise nursing staff deployment, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Implement hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with NABH/other accreditation standards.
- Conduct training and development programs for nursing staff.
- Monitor patient care, safety practices, and infection control measures.
- Handle patient grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Interviews /staff selection selection and Nursing staff grievance
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in nursing services, with leadership/administrative exposure preferred.
