Role Overview

ZeusInfinity Services is looking for a Business Development Head to lead and own the company's revenue growth, sales strategy, and pipeline generation.

This is a leadership role focused on building structured, predictable, and scalable business development systems. The role goes beyond sales execution and requires end-to-end ownership of revenue, including strategy, funnel optimization, team management, and multi-channel lead generation.

The Business Development Head will be responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and delivery efforts to ensure consistent business growth and strong market positioning.

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Ownership & Growth Strategy
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Define and execute overall business development and growth strategy
  • Identify new market opportunities, segments, and service offerings
  • Build predictable revenue models and scalable growth systems
2. Sales Funnel & Conversion Optimization
  • Design and optimize end-to-end sales funnels
  • Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and deal closure timelines
  • Work on pricing strategy, service positioning, and offer structuring
  • Standardize sales processes, scripts, and pitch frameworks
3. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
  • Oversee lead generation across outbound, inbound, and referral channels
  • Ensure consistent pipeline of qualified leads across all services
  • Evaluate and improve performance of different acquisition channels
  • Drive alignment between marketing efforts and sales outcomes
4. Ads, Branding & Internal Growth
  • Drive internal branding initiatives and company positioning
  • Ensure consistent lead generation through paid campaigns and organic channels
  • Strengthen portfolio, case studies, and digital presence
  • Align branding efforts with revenue generation goals
5. Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Lead and manage Business Development, Lead Generation, and Outreach teams
  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
  • Monitor performance and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Build SOPs, playbooks, and structured workflows for execution
6. Partnerships & Business Expansion
  • Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, consultants, and businesses
  • Build and scale referral and affiliate networks
  • Identify and execute collaboration and expansion opportunities
7. Offer Development & Market Positioning
  • Develop and test service offerings, packages, and pricing models
  • Align offerings with market demand and conversion potential
  • Continuously refine value propositions and positioning
8. Data, Reporting & Business Intelligence
  • Track and analyze revenue, pipeline, and conversion metrics
  • Monitor channel-wise performance and ROI
  • Identify gaps and implement data-driven improvements
  • Ensure structured reporting and visibility across teams
9. Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams
  • Ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery capabilities
  • Improve coordination across functions to enhance client outcomes

  • Revenue growth (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

Required Experience & Skills
  • 510+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth roles
  • Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or agency environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and conversion strategies
  • Proven experience in managing teams and revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build systems, processes, and scalable growth models
