This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager will oversee and manage the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with the hospital's clinical standards. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating with medical teams, developing nursing protocols, managing workflows, and ensuring compliance with medical regulations and standards. The Nurse Manager will also engage in patient care planning, staff training, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall patient experience and care outcomes.

• Experience in Nursing Management and team leadership within a hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong expertise in Nursing and Critical Care Medicine
• Proficiency in Patient Care and maintaining clinical protocols to ensure optimal outcomes
• Knowledge of medical procedures and best practices in Medicine
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as autonomously
• Registered Nurse certification and a degree in Nursing or a related field
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare sector is advantageous
