Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services
  • Assist customers with their monthly health benefit packages, which can be used in pharmacies for over-the-counter medications and nutritional supplements
  • Support customers with replacement cards, balance checks, and updates to contact information
  • Distinguish varying levels of customer complexity and communicate effectively
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and escalate complex cases as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare processes and medical terminologies (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
