Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based in Chennai. The Nurse will provide high-quality healthcare services, including administering treatments, conducting diagnostic tests, assisting with wound care, and providing personalized care for home visits and elderly patients. Responsibilities also include documenting patient conditions, educating patients and families about treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care delivery. The role involves a dynamic and hands-on approach to bringing compassionate care directly to patients doors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administering treatments, minor procedures, and wound care
• Strong skills in diagnostics, rapid infection testing, and blood sample collection
• Ability to educate patients and families on health management and wellness
• Experience in providing personalized care for elderly and at-risk patients
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly in dynamic healthcare environments
• Valid nursing certifications and licenses, along with relevant practical experience
• BLS/CPR certification and familiarity with HIPAA compliance are advantageous
