Production Executive-in IVD ( In Vitro Diagnostics) product

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of reagents used in in vitro diagnostic (IVD) tests.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to optimize production processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Skills Required:

• Strong background in biochemistry or chemistry.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the IVD or related industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for diagnostic reagents.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
